Question 1

Do you only work in Klang Valley?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our agents meet customers across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, including Putrajaya and Cyberjaya. We do not ship phones or buy by post for now.

Question 2

How do I get paid when I sell?

Accepted Answer

Our agent checks your phone in front of you, wipes your data, and pays you by DuitNow on the spot. You see the money arrive before you hand over the phone.

Question 3

Why is the price a range and not one number?

Accepted Answer

Two phones in the same condition can still differ a little, for example in battery health or small marks. We send real photos of the exact phone and confirm its final price before you meet.

Question 4

What does the warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

Every phone we sell has a 3-month warranty on hardware faults that were not caused by drops, water or repairs by others. You can also return it within 7 days if you change your mind.

Question 5

Can I see the phone before I pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes, always. You meet our agent, check the phone yourself, and only pay when you are happy.

Question 6

Do you buy phones that are locked to an account?

Accepted Answer

No. We cannot buy a phone that is still locked to someone else's Apple ID or Google account. Please sign out before we meet.

Question 7

Is my data safe when I sell?

Accepted Answer

Our agent factory resets the phone in front of you, so you can see your data is gone before you leave.
