Warranty on phones we sell
Every phone we sell comes with a free warranty, tied to its IMEI. How long depends on the phone's condition:
| Condition | Free warranty | Battery at least |
|---|---|---|
| Like new | 6 months | 90% |
| Good | 6 months | 85% |
| Fair | 3 months | 80% |
| Damaged | 1 month | shown on the phone |
What the warranty covers
It doesn't cover drops, cracked or scratched glass, water or liquid damage, normal battery ageing, repairs or parts fitted by anyone else, or jailbreaking.
- Any hardware or software fault that you didn't cause.
- A battery that fails or stops holding charge properly (not normal ageing).
How to make a warranty claim
- WhatsApp us on +60 10-932 3123 with your receipt or the phone's IMEI and a short description of the problem.
- We collect the phone from you anywhere in Klang Valley, free.
- We fix it within 10 working days. If we can't, we replace it with the same model in the same or better condition, or refund you.
7-day money back
Changed your mind? Return the phone within 7 days of buying it and we refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.
The phone must be in the same condition, signed out of your Apple ID or Google account, and come back with everything it came with. We refund you in cash. Never store credit.
Our battery promise
We show the exact battery health of the phone you're buying before you meet. If it's lower than we told you when you receive it, you can return it for a full refund.
Photos of the actual phone
Before you meet our agent, we send you photos of the exact phone you'll get, including any marks. You test it yourself and only pay when you're happy.
When you sell your phone to us
- Your online price is valid for 3 days.
- Our agent inspects the phone in front of you. If the condition is different from your answers, they show you photos and explain every deduction in writing.
- If you don't accept the final price, say no and keep your phone. There's no fee.
- We pay you in cash on the spot, before our agent leaves.
- We wipe the phone in front of you and send a WhatsApp receipt with the IMEI, price and wipe confirmation.
Who can sell and what we can't buy
The Second-hand Dealers Act 1946 requires us to record the date, price, and the seller's name and address for every phone we buy, and to show these records to the police on request. See our privacy notice for how we protect your details.
- You must be 18 or older and show your MyKad or passport. The phone must be yours, and you sign a short declaration saying so.
- We can't buy phones locked to an Apple ID, Google account or company (MDM) profile.
- We can't buy phones still on a telco contract or instalment plan.
- We check every IMEI before paying. Phones reported lost or stolen are refused, and we report anything suspicious to the police.
Meeting hours
We meet between 10 am and 7 pm on weekdays and 10 am and 6 pm on weekends. By law, second-hand dealers can't buy or sell between 7 pm and 7 am.
Your rights under Malaysian law
Nothing on this page takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, which says goods, including second-hand goods, must be of acceptable quality. If something goes wrong and we can't sort it out together, you can also contact the Tribunal for Consumer Claims.
