The short version: we confirm everything on WhatsApp before you meet us, you check the phone before you pay, and you're protected by our warranty and the law.

Who we are

We buy and sell used mobile phones in person across Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur city centre, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang and nearby areas). We don't ship phones or buy by post.

Prices

All prices are in Malaysian ringgit. Prices for phones we sell are shown as a range for each storage size and condition, because two phones in the same condition can differ a little. Before you meet us, we confirm the exact price of the exact phone on WhatsApp, with photos. That confirmed price is what you pay: there are no delivery or service charges on top.

Prices we offer for your phone are estimates until our agent inspects it. See the selling section of our policies for how the final price is set.

We update prices regularly. A price confirmed to you on WhatsApp stays valid for 3 days.

Reserving and buying a phone

  • Reserve a phone by messaging us on WhatsApp. We reply to confirm the phone, price, and meeting time and place. That message is your order confirmation.
  • You can change or cancel a reservation any time before we meet, free.
  • At the meeting, check the phone yourself. You only pay once you're happy with it.
  • You receive a receipt on WhatsApp showing the model, IMEI, price, condition and warranty.

Payment

Cash only. When you buy, you pay in cash at the meeting after checking the phone. When you sell, we pay you in cash on the spot.

Using this website

We work hard to keep phone details, specs and prices accurate. If we find a mistake before you pay, we'll tell you and you can cancel free. Phone specs and launch prices come from the makers' official pages and are for reference.

Apple, iPhone and other product names belong to their owners. RunMobile is not connected to or endorsed by them.

Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
